My rating is purely because of preference. I actually think this is well written with very interesting characters. It's just that the MC had to go through so much tragedy before he got his happy ending. And I hate tragic stories. Real life is already tragic as it is so I'd rather read light-hearted, enjoyable stories.

Great story, loveable characters, nicely portraited trauma. I got stabbed in my chest and recovered by the end of the story. Maybe not a 10 in the greater scheme of things but the way I got sucked into the story makes me give it a 10.

Stigma is a mark of disgrace in society and that Michael and his scum lowlife friends were that... Not sehyun. Its looks like I'm venting my anger here but it's the truth. They think of him as trash as a stigma because he was weak but the one who are all those things are those who prey on the weak thinking of themselves as almighty. Though sehyun should have fought back atleast afterwards. This society is full of vultures and when u keep ur head down and endure it they just keep hitting.

There's rape, there's blood, there's suicide & abuse... these are the shitty ordeals that pushed Sehyun into developing an inferiority complex thinking he's trash in this society which messes up his self-worth. Michael's the scum who dragged Sehyun into this notion bcoz he himself couldn't deal with his own pain so he projects his preachy steams onto Sehyun by constantly fucking him then tossing him around however he likes which REALLY did lead Sehyun to deem his self-worth as meager as a result of these STIGMATIZED acts he was forced into doing..... In spite of that our hunk Boris who loathe rapists most of all due to past experiences stepped into the picture while Sehyun was being violated one time and over the course DRAGGED him outta this hellhole misery to later giving him love so Sehyun would finally reevaluate his worth in a positive light again. Idk how Michael ended up tho, they left that part open.

NO SPOILERS - The story caught my eye, but I didn't think it could be as good a manga as "Stigma" turned out to be. A thoughtful and suspenseful tale of the true cruelty of life without hope or love, I would describe the world view of the main character in this story.
